Jodi

Dental Assistant

Jodi was born and raised in Alabama, so watch out or she might just charm you with her slow, southern sweet talk. In the south she began working as a dental assistant on military bases, where she met her husband Jordan, now a teacher in the Harrisburg School District. Their home is rarely quiet with their three girls, Makaila, Peyton, and Allison, two dogs, and one cat. Jodi also has many years of pediatric dental assisting experience and loves getting to laugh with her patients, as she believes it is the best medicine. Jodi’s hobbies outside of the dental office include home renovations with her husband, tending to her flower gardens, and attending baseball and football games.

Ashleigh

Business Assistant

Ashleigh grew up just down the road in Tea, SD. She is a dental hygienist by trade and received her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of South Dakota. Ashleigh worked as a hygienist in private practice before working at USD as a clinical instructor, where she met Drs. Seth and Lauren. Ashleigh’s wide array of dental experiences and knowledge of both the clinical and managerial side of dentistry make her an excellent resource for our patients. Be sure not to challenge this mama to a game of golf, as she enjoys golfing in her spare time and has one mean swing. She also enjoys playing rec sports and spending time with her husband, Matt, a speech pathologist for the Harrisburg School District, her sweet, sassy, active little daughter, Randi, and pup, Farley.

Kim

Business Assistant

Kim is a Sioux Falls native and the smiling face that greets you as you walk in the doors of HFD! She has a background in bookkeeping and a git-r-done attitude that make her an important fixture at our front desk. Kim enjoys crafting up a storm, fishing with her husband, Brian, and helping with harness racing, a family affair that she also gets to enjoy with her two sons, Casey and Cory. Her most favorite hobby of all is doting on her two adorable grandchildren, eight-year-old Wyatt and one-year-old Eva.
